TS TestingService GmbH and TS Gim GmbH merge to form Test Industry Germany GmbH, wholly owned by Test Industry S.r.l.

Aachen, August 02, 2023 – Test Industry S.r.l., in the portfolio of the fund IGI Investimenti Sei (IGI Private Equity), announced that, as an effect of the merger deed executed on August 2, 2023, TS Gim GmbH merged into TS TestingService GmbH. 

At the same time, the persisting TS TestingService GmbH changed its name to Test Industry Germany GmbH.

The merger is a financial operation aiming to consolidate the presence of Test Industry in Europe, representing another step forward in Test Industry’s ambition to build a leading Group of industrial testing in the international market for the design and production of test benches for the sectors of hydraulics, automotive, aerospace, tires, wheels and foundries.

Furthermore, “it is also expected to add significant benefits to stakeholders and shareholders by streamlining the company’s core product and service offerings in Germany and building value through long-term relationships” reports Marco Veronesi, CEO of the company.

TestingService and GiM are today two brands of Test Industry Germany GmbH.
